South Bay Chinese Club membership is open to the public. Members will receive Club Newsletters and be invited to participate in all Club activities including social and those serving the local community. Graduating high school seniors whose parents or grandparents are of Club members of good standing for at least a year are eligible to apply for the SBCSC Scholarships without needing to meet the tri-city residential requirements.
