In Memory of Frances Ngan 1930 - 2021:

It is with a heavy heart that we convey the news of the peaceful passing of Frances Ngan on the evening of Sunday, September 26.  Fran was a long-time SBCC member and staunch supporter of the SBCC Scholarship Program.  She was a wonderful woman with a strong spirit and very generous heart.  She will be greatly missed by all.

In lieu of flowers, her family has asked that donations be made to one of the following:
- a charity of your choice or one that signifies Fran or
- to the Frances Ngan Memorial Scholarship Fund
