SBCSC will be holding its annual Scholarship Award Banquet on Wednesday evening, April 5th, 2017 6:00 p.m. at the Mayflower Restaurant in Union City.  We have a very special keynote speaker this year.  Dr. Rita Ng, Chief of Cardiology at Kaiser Permanente in Oakland and Richmond, is making her second appearance at our scholarship banquet.  In 2001, Dr. Ng was a Stanford graduate who has just become the first person of Asian descent to be crowned Miss California in 2000 in the 80-year history of the pageant.  You do not want to miss this event!
