We will be announcing the results of the election and be asking members to vote on the Board's recommendation to increase the lifetime and annual membership fees.

Speaker: Cliff Nguyen (City of Fremont Urban Initiatives Manager) will give a presentation titled "Warm Springs Innovation District Updates".  This covers 879 acres of land bounded by I-880 on the west, I-680 on the east, Automall Parkway on the north, and Mission Blvd. on the south.  The plan for this area sets the framework for transforming it into an employment center accommodating a mix of compatible uses focused around the new Warm Spring BART station.
